Just an FYI.

If you have issues during the transition, flush your DNS caches/turn off any home routers doing DNS caching. Anything configured properly should respect the DNS change instantly, since I have told servers to not cache the record for more than 5 minutes.

Considering the load we're putting on the server, we're WAY to big for our britches here. The SQL queries alone between all our DB driven sites are bogging us down bad.
