I'm going to start building a website soon and I was wondering if anyone knew of anything out there already that fits what I'm looking for. Here are the features that I'm looking for:
User signup/account confirmation
Full profile - Name, email, address, other contact info
File upload/sharing - photos, videos, other files
Bulletin Board/forum
Calendar/event posting
Administration setup
Possibly groups with various permissions/abilities

I'm not sure if there is a single application that could accomplish this or not. If not, then multiple applications that could be tied together would work. I may just have to build something on my own as what i'm looking for is a little random. I have a LAMP web hosting setup (linux/apache/mysql/php) to work with and I was hoping to go with a price of free. Thanks for any help or suggestions people may have.

I think most of that could be accomplished with Joomla and a few extensions.
