If you unhide hidden files and folders and show protected operating system files in Folder Options, then go to C:\Documents and Settings\your user name\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\{A34589-D237-439F-B503-AA9B7905361D}\Microsoft\Outlook Express and copy the entire Outlook Express folder including contents. Paste it to the same location on your new installation you'll have all your emails and outlook express folders intact.
