1gb ram
2 maxtor HD
7600 gt

computer was freezing on boot. I reset everything and cleared the bios. Machine is currently booting fine. However after running for a few minutes programs begin to freeze. Mouse works. Task manager does not?

What the heck?

I tried PCmark and it gives me the blue screen of death

I just had the same problem with my GT 7600 and had to replace it with another graphics card as it was defective. Do you have another card that you can try? If so, I would first uninstall the drivers for the 7600GT and remove it, and then install the different one and see if that solves you problem.

I think the graphics card is the culprit. Thanks
I just through in an older ATI and everything is running smoothly
guess I will send my boss of to by a new 9600
