Hi I have installed Windows XP Prof. with access to a Novell Server. I can backup the files of the remote Novell Server manually to a tape drive however when I schedule the backup job to run automatically, the backup application opens and closes immediately with no errors reported. This happens when I backup to a tape Drive however if I create this same job to backup to a media file on a local drive the scheduled job runs. (file is *.bkf format) Can someone kindly tell me what I am doing wrong or what I need to do to get the scheduled backup to backup up directly to the tape drive regardless in new media is inserted or not? You MUST be logged onto XP admin. account with a password and then schedule the event using the same password.

I have already tried that. And it does not seem to execute the command
