I personally do not like p2ps however bittorrent is probably the best out of those choices.

I don't use any that much, but it's usually Shareaza if I do, since it also downloads Bittorrent files.

Ive used Bittorrent, Kazaa, Morpheus, Napster, etc etc.. but the one i prefer out of all of them is eMule! I get everything I want from it and the speed is very good aswell! barely any viruses too! actually ive never gotten a virus from eMule yet and have been using it for a couple of months now.

Even though Kazaa is littered with bugs, virus's and god knows whatelse.. it is one of the better p2p programs out there. Well, in my opinion! lol
