well, i accidentally bought the wrong speedprocessor there i wanted the 2.8, not 2.6, and when i got it, i was like crap, alright, i will contact them for and RA....but no, they were like, it is going to be a 15% restockling fee, i was like, look, ill pay the friggin shipping even, just give me a refund and i will buy the 2.8, they are like, that is against policy, i said, look, i work at a retail store, not everything always has to be policy and they are like, well, tuff, 15% restocking fee or just keep the d*mn thing. so i did. a real nice bunch they are.

I really like Newegg, I bought almost all the parts for my custom pc from them. However, they sent me two of the wrong items; the wrong PCI card, and a Serial hard drive. I would have gladly taken the serial hard drive if they had sent me another one to mirror it.
