Im lookign for a free graphic programmy thing..(srry the name just slipped). Well i need it to make animated gif with the whole frame method.. please help

I've never looked for any free ones. I use Animation Shop 3 that comes with Paint Shop Pro.

Another totally free option, with just as loyal a following, is the GIMP, or Gnu Image Manipulation Program. It's totally free, and will run on any platform (Windows, Mac, Linux etc). Check it out at www.gimp.org/.
