Yeah when you load a CD when mine starts up if its a bootable CD my computer asks, like I just formatted and reinstalled XP Pro to C:\ last night and I just restart and it asks press any key to boot from CD now, when a bootable CD is installed..

That probably is the problem. You mustn't extract the files from the ISO and burn them "individually". You have to burn the ISO directly to disc (burn from disc image, most (all) burning programs should have an option like that).
