1. To send and receive mails> CTRL+M 2. To Delete a message> DEL/CTRL+DEL 3. To Open a new message>CTRL+N 4 To Reply to the author>CTRL+R 5. To Reply to all>CTRL+SHIFT+R 6. To Spelling check> F7 7 To Send a message>CTRL+ENTER/ALT+S 8 To Find text> F3 9 To Close a message> ESC 10 To Move betwwen the message list, folder list and preview pane>TAB 11 To Frward a message>CTRL+F 12 To the Inbox> CTRL+I 13 To Open the selected message>CTRL+O/ENTER 14 To Mark a message>CTRL+SPACEBAR
