Check it out. $649.99 for a Neo Geo system at launch (higher if you adjust for inflation)... and I thought the PS3 was bad...

An Xbox 360 Core console in Korea only costs about $219 omg

People will always complain about the price of a console
The PS3 is not the first console to go over $500
and although people complain other than manufacturing issues
Sony doesn't seem to have to hard of a time selling PS3's

when i worked at Wally world PS3's were selling like hotcakes, however the PS3 in the case for playing dies after 3 weeks.

My brother had a Neo Geo. It was awesome! It was like playing arcade quality fighting games back when the crappy graphics of the Super Nintendo and the Sega Genesis were out. Games were very limited for it though.

Like Atari Jaguar they were very advanced consoles. Then Sega came forth with their new platform that hosted the Virtua series ( Virtua Tennis , Soccer etc ).
