Yea, I love Picasa; great user interface, easy to use, etc.
Best part is, I have cousins who live abroad, and we can share pictures from vacations in a snap!

I use Photoshop to edit my pics and sometimes I use Picasa2 to manage my pics.

Nikon PictureProject. It came with my camera. I used to use Photoshop Album (cheaper than Photoshop and much more user-friendly) but I really like PictureProject.
