Cool Webpage you have there Lon.
Here is mine if interested
https://cutback.livenode.com/home/
I just setup another 'folder' w/ a link on the Home page called Surfing.
All photos are from my vacation this month in Costa Rica. For some reason the sequences don't sequence very well (they get out of order).
Edit: I took mine down after a 24+ hr use.

Dont know if this will work but you can try it..
Webguide for Windows Home Server
WebGuide extends Windows Home Server to allow you to view and stream your media (DVDs, Videos, Music and Photos) remotely whilst away from home. If you have a Media Center PC on your home network, WebGuide also supports remote record scheduling and Live TV streaming.

JD, i noticed on your page that you had you photo album, and some other site.
Webguide added itself to the same area on mine. i would like to know how to remove it please if you could tell me how to do so.

im having a problem with connectivity now. the server will shut itself down (no BSOD or anything, just shuts down), and then once its boots into the OS, it doesnt connect with the computers on my network. It is accessible on my network and i can remotely access it. so i dont know what to do. But i usually have to reinstall the connect software each time, and id really like to stop that. so if anyone could help that would be spectacular.
TIA
Lon

Hi Lon,
I noticed that too, on your WHS homepage.
I just took a look on my WHS PC, I haven't done this yet but...
You can try this;
Open-up the WHS Console/ Website Management (tab)/ Links
Click on a link & use the remove button.
The WHS PC auto shutting down, is a new one on me.

Man i had a large post ready to Submit here & when i moved my mouse it highlighted & vanished
SOoo I'll cut it short.
I would like to see a add-in that would keep tract of who visits your site & what they browse. The bandwidth manager sounds good too, Jeff.
Last week i bought a copy of WHS RTM & have been playing w/ it since.
Had a few problems but tonight i was successful Restoring a Vista Home Premium backup to another partition.

Here is a tip from the WHS Help if your PC cannot find the Server for a Restore.
| Quote: |
Every time Windows Home Server backs up a home computer, it saves the drivers for the computer in the backup file. If you need to access the drivers for any of your home computers (for example, during a computer restore), you can open a backup for that computer and copy the drivers to a USB flash drive.
To copy drivers from a computer backup
Connect to the Windows Home Server Console.
On the Computers & Backup tab, click the computer that you need drivers for.
Click View Backups.
Select the most recent backup, and then click Open.
Select a volume to open (any volume will work), and then click Open. A window opens showing the files and folders in the backup.
Plug in your USB flash drive.
Copy the Windows Home Server Drivers for Restore folder from the open window to your USB flash drive.
Remove the flash drive, and then insert it into the computer that is being restored.
Now you can use the USB flash drive to install drivers for your computer's hardware when restoring a computer. The drivers you are most likely to need during a computer restore are the network driver and the storage-device driver.
