Hello Guys,

I got a colin mcrae game and I am upset because my GPU cannot run it smoothly, I have got an offer on another GPU and I would like to get your input, coz I am not a Gaming master but I like to play some games,

I have nVidia 7300 GS and the offer is on nVidia 9600 GT, do you think it is worth it to pay 250$ for this GPU? and can I spot the difference easily?
please let me know your opinions.

The price you indicate seems a bit high Adnan, but that may be because of your location? I think you'll definetly see a significant performance increase over the 7300 GS.

The 9600GT will kick the 7300 out of the water. Assuming nothing else on your system bottlenecks and you have a good enough PSU to power it, it will run any modern game at a decent resolution. I use mine playing Crysis and it is very playable. But yea, $250 is a lot. I got mine for $170 but it may be a regional thing.

i have the 9600GT superclocked from EVGA , this card rocks.. i have OC the RAM from 900Mhz to 1200Mhz and the GPU from 675Mhz to 750Mhz. very respectible card.
