Microsoft looks to 'Mojave' to revive Vista's image

REDMOND, Wash.--After months of searching for ways to defend its oft-maligned Windows operating system, Microsoft may just have found its best weapon: Vista's skeptics.

Spurred by an e-mail from someone deep in the marketing ranks, Microsoft last week traveled to San Francisco, rounding up Windows XP users who had negative impressions of Vista. The subjects were put on video, asked about their Vista impressions, and then shown a "new" operating system, code-named Mojave. More than 90 percent gave positive feedback on what they saw. Then they were told that "Mojave" was actually Windows Vista.

Myself as a Vista user without a "High End" PC,

I can honestly say I love Vista & have not had any problems so many others gripe about.

Kind of funny if you ask me lol

The Mojave team now have a webpage setup, The Mojave Experiment. This sounds too much like a book or movie! lol Anyways, it's supposed to have 'results' posted this Tuesday, whatever that is.

I too like Vista, although the Ultimate version could have been more on the ultimate side. Many improvements were made to Windows in Vista but some of them just need a little refining. I still use XP and still love it but when it finally goes I won't lose any sleep over it. Right now I probably use Vista over Xp about 85% of the time.
